Hello everyone! *waves* Time to get back to our regular scheduled programming! Lots of babies to catch up on! The first part of this year has gone by so quickly…I can’t believe it’s March already. And before long, we’ll be outside shooting again. Woohoo!! I can’t wait….these nice 6o degree days here and there have been such a tease. :)
I’ve kept busy reorganizing things on the business end. Jan thru March is generally a little bit slower which leaves time to review and revise business stuff behind the scenes. The first part of the year is also “conference season” for photographers. At the end of January I attended a conference in San Antonio for several days, then was home for a week and traveled to Illinois to photograph my good photographer friend’s brand new baby boy, then home for a few more days and was off to another conference in Vegas which is always a good time. While it’s good to meet up again with old friends, make some new ones, and get re-inspired, after being here, there, and everywhere, I’m ready to stay put for awhile.
I feel so fortunate to have been able to capture this special time for my dear friend. My trip was almost derailed by the lovely snow storms across the Midwest, but all worked out in the end. I packed up 50 lbs. of baby stuff in my suitcase and off I went. Enjoy several of my favorites from Cade’s session! I got to soak in his baby goodness for 4 whole days and I was in pure H.E.A.V.E.N.
