When I heard about what this little girl and family was going through, I was devastated. Cancer alone is terrible, but when it happens to an innocent child, there is just no explanation. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this great family once before, and I was honored to donate on their behalf!
Miss Sadie is 6 years old, she was diagnosed with Wilm’s Tumor. She’s undergone radiation, chemotheraphy and surgery to have her kidney and tumor removed. She’s probably been through more at age 6 than most of us will in our lives, she’s definitely one strong little girl!
A fundraiser is being held for Sadie and her family, tomorrow, July 8th. The event includes supper, silent auction, live auction and karaoke…who can pass up karaoke!!! :) Anyone is welcome to attend this event. There is also a free will offering! I am donating a session and a large print to the auction, as well as 50% of any additional order placed…if you’re interested, please come out and bid for a wonderful cause!

Where: The VFW, Ashland, NE (located on Hwy 6 between Lincoln and Omaha, the VFW is toward the west end of Ashland’s main street)
