I hope that everyone had a wonderful New Year’s celebration!!! Hopefully you’ve made some good resolutions and will be able to stick to them. In the next days, I am going to post my favorite pictures from each month of 2005, and some tidbits of information about them!! The one above is from a March photo session…don’t we all wish we were entertained so easily!!
Top 10 New Year’s Resolutions:
1. Lose weight
2. Stop smoking
3. Stick to a budget
4. Save or earn more money
5. Find a better job
6. Become more organized
7. Exercise more
8. Be more patient at work/with others
9. Eat better
10. Become a better person
–Did you know that only 10% of people end up sticking to their resolution?? To be successful with your own resolutions, here are a few suggestions:
- Have a strong initial commitment to make a change.
- Have coping strategies to deal with problems that will come up.
- Keep track of your progress. The more monitoring you do and feedback you get, the better you will do.
Sure-fire ingredients for setting yourself up for resolution failure, include:
- Not thinking about making resolutions until the last minute.
- Reacting on New Year’s Eve and making your resolutions based on what’s bothering you or is on your mind at that time.
- Framing your resolutions as absolutes by saying, “I will never do X again.”
So, did I make one…yes, I did!! An it’s on the list…to be overal more healthy. I don’t consider it a ‘diet’ by any means, but want to eat more healthy and work out more, I’m not going to say I’m never eating junk food again…just everything in moderation!!!
My favorite images from MARCH of 2005!!!

I was just getting started in my business and I was so fortunate to photograph my very good friends neice, Miss Emery! Oh my goodness she was so cute!! How could anyone resist those big brown eyes and chubby little cheeks….and a perfect little model. Thanks!!
